Exhibitor Registration

Exhibition space at Tākina Wellington Convention and Exhibition Centre for the ACA Conference 2026 is extremely limited.

  • Priority access will be offered to Conference Partners/Sponsors, existing Association members, and preferred suppliers. Any remaining spaces will then be released for general sale.

  • Due to limited availability and to ensure fairness, exhibition stands are capped at a maximum of two per organisation/company. (This excludes partnership packages where exhibition stands or floor space are included.)

Each 3m x 3m exhibition stand includes registration for one exhibition representative.

  • Additional trade members are $1000.
  • To ensure a safe and comfortable environment, exhibitors are limited to two staff members per 3m x 3m stand at any one time.
  • Any additional staff must register at the member delegate rate.

What's next?

Members and affiliates

All members and affiliates will be contacted by email to arrange a time to speak with an ACA team member about securing an exhibition stand. Stands will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

For further member enquiries, please email events@aca.org.nz with the subject line "Affiliate Exhibitor Interest" and your organisation's name.

Non-members

Non-members who wish to exhibit at the 2026 ACA Conference have two options:

  • Become a partner and secure an exhibition stand as part of a partnership package (minimum investment of $8,000); or
  • Join the waitlist (via the Expression of Interest form below) for any remaining exhibition availability after members, affiliates, and preferred suppliers have confirmed their bookings. Please note that availability at that stage is expected to be extremely limited and cannot be guaranteed.

Boost Your Presence at ACA Conference 2026

We're introducing two new initiatives designed to help exhibitors connect with more delegates and encourage meaningful

conversations throughout the conference.

ACA Connections Challenge (Optional)

For a $50 participation fee, exhibitors can take part in the ACA Connections Challenge. Each participating Conference Partner and Preferred Supplier will receive 10 ACA Connections Challenge entry tickets to reward delegates who have a valuable conversation or demonstration at their stand. Delegates can enter the draw to win a catered morning tea valued at $500 for an ACA member care facility of their choice. The $50 participation fee contributes towards the cost of the prize and helps create an engaging incentive for delegates to visit exhibitor stands and have meaningful conversations.

People's Choice: Best Exhibition Stand (Free to Enter)

Showcase your organisation and be recognised by the people who matter most. Delegates will vote via the ACA Conference App for the stand that delivers the most engaging and memorable exhibition experience.

The winning exhibitor will receive a complimentary exhibition stand at the 2027 ACA Conference.

Why Participate?

Together, these initiatives are designed to:

  • Increase delegate traffic through the exhibition.
  • Encourage more meaningful conversations rather than quick pass-through visits.
  • Reward exhibitors who create engaging, memorable stand experiences.
  • Add energy and interaction to the exhibition throughout the conference.

*Participation in both initiatives is optional.

Exhibitors are encouraged to take part and make the most of these opportunities to connect with delegates.

Contact Sam.martin@aca.org.nz if you would like to opt out of the stand competition.

ACA’s Sustainability Goals

ACA is working to reduce negative impact on the environment and promote sustainability.

We work with our venues, suppliers and stakeholders with the aim to minimise waste, provide recycling and composting receptacles, partner with local businesses to reduce emissions, and use reusable and eco-friendly event supplies.

We encourage our partners and exhibitors to have a ‘paper-less’ exhibition stand and to bring only sustainable, plastic-free and eco-friendly products.
